  CLASS TIMETABLE

Womens Taekwondo class 10am Saturdays    

This class focus is self defense based, starting with kickboxing and muay thai combinations for warm up. From ducking punches to throwing punches with the proper technique power and speed. From elbows to spinning back fist to knees.

We move on to our taekwondo speed drills for quick reflex and for stamina.

Then we do combination kicks for fluid kicking responses. Then we move on to our power kicks with the heavy pads here we combine kickboxing and taekwondo kicks for the best of both forms.

We then practice our patterns, hand strikes blocks and kicks, then we finish off with our nunchux routine and stretches.

 Girls Taekwondo class-11am Sun    

This class is beneficial for girls for self defense self esteem and self confidence.

The class enables girls to shine and form healthy friendships with peers.

The segregated classes allows the girls to feel comfortable whilst they train and can express themselves more freely.

The girls are also  taught Muay thai, kickboxing and ground drills for getting up off the ground quickly. 

The girls classes help develop quick reflexes speed strength and agility.

Once the girls achieve red belt they are then transferred to the woman's class where they will be challenged  more technically.

 Boys Taekwondo class Sun 10am

This class is beneficial for boys for self defense self esteem self confidence and self discipline.

The class enables boys to be challenged and to exert their energy in a controlled environment where they can form healthy friendships with peers.

The segregated classes allows the boys to be given the specific  training they need to challenge and stimulate them.

The boys are also  taught Muay thai, kickboxing and ground drills 

where they develop quick reflexes speed strength and agility. Taekwondo they are taught spinning flying and jumping kicks which the boys love to challenge themselves with whilst striving to improve their form.
